Inviting Spaces offers a variety of services from initial consultation to full showcasing.  Our consultation services include identifying remedial work required such as painting, repairing and/or replacing items as well as those items that are to be packed, moved or stored.  We have a network of qualified trades people to complete any remedial work necessary.  Inviting Spaces also showcases occupied properties by utilizing a client’s existing furnishings and accessories, vacant properties with furnishings, accessories, linens, art and plants from our own inventory as well as rentals as needed.

Inviting Spaces works with clients to assist them in securing the equity in their properties.  Staging and showcasing maximize the untapped potential of a property assisting sellers in marketing and selling their properties faster than if they do nothing.

Consultation

This service contemplates that the homeowner has implemented the recommendations set out in the consultation process.  A Staging Advisor from Inviting Spaces will spend two to three hours doing necessary adjustments and rearrangement of the homeowners existing furnishings and accessories to maximize flow and focal points for that move-in ready look that buyers are seeking.  This service also includes photos and a virtual tour which may be used in marketing materials by the clients and their realtor.  To further maximize market exposure, the property will also be featured nationwide on the Inviting Spaces, Canadian Staging Professionals and Real Estate Shows websites. Full Showcasing – Occupied

           
Every home is unique and there are different levels of showcasing:  basic, mid-range and select.  Varying factors will affect the final quote such as the size of the home, the number of rooms showcased, whether rental furniture and/or accessories are required as well as the quality of those items being suitable to the price range of the home, applicable shopping services and most importantly a client’s budget.

This service includes assistants, furniture and accessory rental plus pick up and delivery charges (in the event that rental items are required), showcasing and de-staging, before and after photos and a virtual tour which may be used in marketing materials by the clients and their realtor.  To further maximize market exposure, the home will also be featured nationwide on Inviting Spaces, Canadian Staging Professionals and Real Estate Shows websites. Full Showcasing – Vacant

           
Showcasing gives your vacant property a "personality".

Basic showcasing service includes one month rental of furnishings and accessories for living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, two bathrooms, design services, assistants, de-staging, photos and a virtual tour which may be used in marketing materials by the clients and their realtor. To further maximize market exposure, the home will also be featured nationwide on Inviting Spaces, Canadian Staging Professionals and Real Estate Shows websites.

Investment is dependent upon square footage, target market, quality of furnishings and accessories (suitable to the price range of the home), additional rooms and most importantly a client’s budget.  The final estimate for mid-range or select services will be adjusted accordingly. Pre Move-in Consultation

The second option is for a Staging Advisor and assistant from Inviting Spaces will spend two to three hours making necessary adjustments and rearrangement of the client’s existing furnishings and accessories in order to maximize flow and focal points for that move-in ready look that buyers are seeking.  The second option also includes quality digital photos and a virtual tour for use in marketing materials.  These include two photos of each room, edited and appropriately sized to optimize internet download time. Consultation - Realtor® Special
